I am an international Board-certified lactation consultant and a Neonatal Clinical Nurse Specialist. I currently hold registrations with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiners (IBLCE). I am also a member of the Australian Midwifery and Nursing Federation and Lactation consultants of Australia and New Zealand.
I have been working with Mums and bubs for about 20 years. I am a compassionate professional who understands the problems of a new mother and a new baby whilst they are still learning to feed and cope with their new world. I am a great advocate for breastfeeding and willing to help regardless of time or day. I provide face to face services in North and West Melbourne. As well as that, I am also available for Skype/ Face time consultations for clients elsewhere.
I have completed training in oral restrictions and can provide specialised consultations for Upper lip and Tongue ties. Also, I have a special interest in paediatric oral myology.
Antenatal breastfeeding education and support
Evidence-based support before birth on how to prepare to breastfeed. Psychological support for both parents and alleviating any anxiety or worries you may have around feeding and caring for your baby
Post natal lactation and breastfeeding support
If you are facing any feeding challenges either it is a breast feed or a bottle feed, baby reason or maternal reason, I can help you.
Early parenting support
Are you first time parents? Have twins or triplets? Are you struggling to settle your baby? I can help you to handle the situation.
Tongue tie and lip tie specialised consultations
Do you experience pain during a feed? Or do you think your baby has a tongue-tie? Getting conflicting opinions? I am specially trained to assess tongue ties and lip ties.
Home visit
Private consultations are available at the comfort of your home or in my office as per your choice.

An IBCLC is certified by the International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiners (IBLCE), independently accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) of the Institute for Credentialing Excellence (ICE).
